The Latium Morini, Campo le Calle I had with dinner last night is a wonderful summer white wine. This is an unpretentious Italian white. Perfect for casual and light dining: lunch or dinner.Not a dry wine, but not too sweet, bits of tart apple, and green fruit come though. Have it with a summer salad with pear or a Waldorf salad with apple and walnut.
